This warranty covers defect in craftmanship and materials for 1 year after the purchase. Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to fix any issue.
Solving warranty issues may involve shipping replacement parts or complete replacement of the item, depending on our expert team’s assessment.
Defects or issues occurring from misuse, negligence, accidents, or commercial use will not be covered by the warranty. Warranty is not transferable and are extended if product is resold.

Keep the original packaging: To protect the quality of our pieces, we package our furniture very carefully. It is crucial that you ship back the furniture in its original packaging. In the case you are not able to provide the original packaging, our team will repackage it for and additional fee
Item Condition: We only accept items in as-new condition. Products with scratches, dents, or broken parts cannot be return.
Inspection and refunding: Once we receive the return, our expert team will inspect the product and process the refund. This process may take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the refund method due to credit card delays. Return shipping fee will not be refunded. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the product.
Final Sale Items: Items bought through final sales are not considered for the return policy.
Order Processing times
Our goal is to ship same day if the order comes early or next day if the order comes late. We focus on keeping high inventory levels to satisfy goal. Keep in mind we only ship from Monday to Friday.
A big part of our assortment does exceed the Fedex/UPS (Small Parcel) package dimension limits, in those cases we will ship the order using Less Than Truckload services that ship directly to your door. Depending on the location, the transit time varies from same day to a week.
Our fulfillment center is based in Miami, FL. You are welcomed to pick-up in store if you prefer, but we will do our best to include the shipping cost in the price of the item (this perk will depend on the total of the order).
Once the order is shipped we will share the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
