Order Processing times

Our goal is to ship same day if the order comes early or next business day if the order comes late. We focus on keeping high inventory levels to satisfy goal. Keep in mind we only ship from Monday to Friday.

Shipping method

A big part of our assortment does exceed the Fedex/UPS (Small Parcel) package dimension limits, in those cases we will ship the order using Less Than Truckload services that ship directly to your door. Depending on the location, the transit time varies from same day to a week.

Cost

Our fulfillment center is based in Miami, FL. You are welcomed to pick-up in store if you prefer, but we will do our best to include the shipping cost in the price of the item (this perk will depend on the total of the order).

Tracking

Once the order is shipped we will share the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
