Oberon is made of Rope and Aluminum frames. Furthermore, our process makes it weather resistant, making it a good long term product. The Black or Grey, minimalist design, makes it modern and trendy - The mix material gives it a unique look, which characterize the Midtown Concept visual design.

Chamonix rectangle table is made of Duraboard Top and 100% FSC Wood legs. The table is great for big families, social gatherings and events.

Chairs: 27L x 22W x 33H. Seating Dimensions: 16L x 19W. Table Dimensions: 75L x 35W x 30H.
Comfortable & Convenient: Chairs are lightweight and stackable making them easy to move around.
Table Legs are made of 100% FSC Eucalyptus wood with an Oak finish. Top is made of Duraboard® for a great look and excellent durability
Durability: Its resistance to weather and UV radiation makes the set durable and enjoyable.
Storage During Winter: When storing this product, do not put in rooms that are centrally heated, as this will cause the wood to dry out and possibly shrink and crack. Cool, well-ventilated sheds are the most suitable location.

In the very unlikely event that the product is delivered with defects, our manufacturer’s warranty will cover you. Please provide photos to customercare@midtownconcept.us or call our customer care team.
This warranty covers defect in craftmanship and materials for 1 year after the purchase. Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to fix any issue.
Solving warranty issues may involve shipping replacement parts or complete replacement of the item, depending on our expert team’s assessment.
Defects or issues occurring from misuse, negligence, accidents, or commercial use will not be covered by the warranty. Warranty is not transferable and are extended if product is resold.

For this reason, we provide a 30-day guarantee. If you decide that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these instructions to process your return:

Keep the original packaging: To protect the quality of our pieces, we package our furniture very carefully. It is crucial that you ship back the furniture in its original packaging. In the case you are not able to provide the original packaging, our team will repackage it for and additional fee
Item Condition: We only accept items in as-new condition. Products with scratches, dents, or broken parts cannot be return.
Inspection and refunding: Once we receive the return, our expert team will inspect the product and process the refund. This process may take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the refund method due to credit card delays. Return shipping fee will not be refunded. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the product.
Final Sale Items: Items bought through final sales are not considered for the return policy.
Order Processing times
Our goal is to ship same day if the order comes early or next day if the order comes late. We focus on keeping high inventory levels to satisfy goal. Keep in mind we only ship from Monday to Friday.
Shipping method
A big part of our assortment does exceed the Fedex/UPS (Small Parcel) package dimension limits, in those cases we will ship the order using Less Than Truckload services that ship directly to your door. Depending on the location, the transit time varies from same day to a week.
Cost
Our fulfillment center is based in Miami, FL. You are welcomed to pick-up in store if you prefer, but we will do our best to include the shipping cost in the price of the item (this perk will depend on the total of the order).
Tracking
Once the order is shipped we will share the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
